And after a little work from our cousin James, she now looks like this:

That's a 1947-ish Farmall H. It was the first tractor my mother-in-law learned how to drive when she was young. Hopefully it will be the first tractor my daughters and I learn how to drive too. She looks so nice we almost hate to put her to work, but shortly after she arrived back home, out to the field she went! I can see the grin on Warren's face if he were here to see her. James did a fabulous job fixing her up. If hubby hadn't crashed the Super M into the Great White Oak last summer, she would be next in line for the tractor spa!
